I have an Earthlink high speed internet connection and Aol 8.0. Sometimes when I run a program or just try to update to a program, Instead of launching IE6, AOL trys to load? How can I stop this from happening?

Try checking to see that the check box next to Internet Explorer should
check to see whether it is the default browser. If not, check it and see if
that helps.

Tools | Internet Options | Programs | down near the bottom is the check box
you need to look for.
