you could use Publisher and convert to PDF. (if the most recent MS PUblisher
allows this?).

does Microsoft have a "MS Publisher viewer" similar to that for Word and Excel
and Powerpoint?

#1 Don't use Publisher to make web pages. It is fine for
printed material though

#2 I am unaware of any software that does not allow you to
use the Acrobat PDF Printer.

I was just kidding about Excel because I had a client once that did that to me...can you make this into a printed newsletter? Yah, I guess...can you perform brainsurgery with a coffee cup? :)

We should start a thread of the most convoluted ways of doing things :)
