Sending FrontPage document as an e-mail body

I created a newsletter using FrontPage and sent it as an e-mail newsletter,
and format was all messed up when received..... Anything to fix this
problem? I've had the same kind of problem trying to creat this newsletter
using Word.

Just a shot in the dark......

Did you consider using a table(s) to keep things where you put them?

Yes, and it's still messed up..... spacing, and also line colors and
background colors are all affected. Sometimes looks fine and other times
not. I'm sure it has something to do with the recepients' e-mail server but
really a problem since I have to send out those newsletters for work!

You are fighting an uphill battle;
- many user email clients will block any html formatted / content emails

IMHO
Send them a text only email w/ a link to the web based newsletter
