picture problems when sending page as an e-mail

- I am creating a newsletter in Frontpage to be sent as an e-mail. The
problems I have encountered include the following:
- When I send as an e-mail the pictures do not show, but the format of the
newsletter is ok
- when I try to forward that same e-mail, the format gets jumbled
This is frustrating I have tried everything I know. Any help would be GREAT!

The pictures must be hosted on a web server and absolute URLS pointing back
to the pictures. Remember an email prgram is not a browser so you have to
expect unexpected/unpredictable results.

Not everyone uses HTML email format or has email clients capable of
displaying HTML emails.
