Cannot publish PDF File

Just recently, I have been unable to publish my newsletter PDF files through
FrontPage. Anytime I publish other pages, it works fine, but when I try to
publish a PDF, I get the error ''the server unexpectedly closed the
connection". Any thoughts on what might be happening?

How large is the file? If it's too large the connection may be timing out.
If that's the case you'll need to use an FTP program to publish the file.
If you do use FTP, ONLY FTP the file over and not any of the _vti folders or
you'll corrupt the FrontPage Extensions

It is only 441 KB and is similar in size to all of the other ones I publish
twice a month for the last three years.

Are the last 3 years still on the web site, or do you overwrite each time
you publish?

The last three years are saved there on the website. I just add the new one
and create a new link each time one comes out.
