Aperson has been trying to send a large e-mail to me, but they are always
returned saying that it is to large for my computer to accept it. Is there a
way to increase the time allowed to accept a large e-mail.

It may be the email provider. What are you using for your email address.
@hotmail.com or @another.com.

I use www.yousendit.com for sending large file attachments. Files up to
100MB are free to send.

If security is an issue then I encrypt with TrueCrypt first.
