how do I reset my e-mail to send and recieve and also
change the outgoing name of my e-mail. I would like to
change it to my company instead of my name

Hi,

first you havent mentioned whether you want to change the
email id or just the properties such as the display name
etc.

if it is a web based email then you can find it in the
properties of the mail when you login.

if it is a POP3 email and you use outlook to access it
then you can click on tools | accounts and modify the
properties of the email. you cannot change the email id
itself.
