I cant get my e-mails sent or received b/c Im not sure what the hell im
doing! I triedIMAP but that didnt wk. Now I dont no how to change the setting
or what to change it too?

Your email account provider has that information.
They should have a help page on their website.
If you tell us who provides your email account, perhaps someone can assist
you.
