why cant i send e-mail im tring to send pictures and it wont let me send

I see you posted with a Yahoo email address. Is that your only email
address? US-based free Yahoo accounts have webmail access only, no
POP access. Windows Mail handles POP mail but not Yahoo webmail.
Yahoo's solution is to pay them for premium "Mail Plus" service:

and use the special settings for that service:
http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/original/mailplus/pop/pop-14.html

If you are OK with using a non-Yahoo email address, you have these other
solutions that will work with Windows Mail:
* Use the email address assigned to you by your ISP.
* Use a free Gmail, AOL, or Hotmail/Live account.

You can also continue to use Yahoo's webmail: http://mail.yahoo.com

Hillie!I'm not clear which is mail service provider you've been used to
sending mail? I give you some ideals which may lead you to find out the
answer,basically it related to the devices and the accounts
(IMAP,MMSM,ect..) that you use them to accessing email.
1 # Device : --Mob mail ; You can use msm mob/acc.to send
photos,vid.clips,audio files,..to any global email address size is limitted
(>300kb/mes./GPRS or GMS network,check with your ins),I suggest you shoud
resize or compress the media files before attatch them into the slides.if
You own a smartphone (win.mob),or you can access HSPD (3.5G net) it's best
way to send full,unlimitted data to pc mail accounts. You neither can use
sms to sending email (text,header or bookmarks only
--PC mail : In most cases my multi media mails were pended
and stay in outbox forever when I sent dirrected from MSOutlook account,I
still struggle to set up outlook email,its verry complex and crazy required
different suscribed softwares to set up like Microsoft Office,Internet
7,windows multi media,.ect..so sorry I ready tried,learned for a while but I
can only able to sent a text email. Forget that, go for easy and simple
ways.
2 # Mail account : Check your mail.setting at sending and reception
setting options (data storaged and reciept limit).Also check your mail
servers policies and agreements.Before you creating new email convert and
resize all your media filles to be suitable for the type of mail would
sending,it'll save your time when you log onto your mail acc.use a single
subject for an attachment.There are 2 popular and free mail acc.Yahoo and
Microsoft Hotmail,I found that Yahoo send and receipt mail faster,easier
than Hmail because it's not strongly filtering mail attachments.I use
Windows Live Mail because the most PC use WinLive as default search engine
so when I insert att.it's faster than Yahoo and the attachments normaly
automatic converted suitable for email.
There is some experiences that I got from time once I did have problem
as you got now,it may help you some way to get through the issues.
