facing problem in setting incoming and outgoing server

im having problems in setting up e-mail servers while setting new accounts.
i have no idea what to put in incoming mail server and in outgoing mail
server. im new at it. pls help.

Your email account provider should have instructions on their website.
If you tell us who your account provider is, perhaps someone can assist.
