I recently did an update for my Office and now I can't receive my e-mails.
It shows there is a problem with my server, but I've called them 4 times and
everything on their end and the setup is correct. I don't want to uninstall
& reinstall my Microsoft Office if I don't have to. I have many documents
that would have to be backed up. Any suggestions as to what happend and how
to fix the problem?

Hi, did you upgrade to microsoft outlook 2003? Just go to the website where
you have your email setup to, and see how their settings are set up, usually
they are est up to POP & SMTP settings.
Open outlook, click tools, email accounts, add or change your email settings.
Hope this will help.

Roll back Windows to the time before you added the update.
