E-mail Troubles, Please Help

I have my email set up via Windows Mail syncing with 2 comcast email
accounts. My problem is that it is only receiving about 1/3 of my messages,
and the ones it does receive, it doubles them in my inbox. It was working
just fine for several months and then this started happening. I don't think
I did anything but I need to know how to fix it.
 
You could have a corrupt message on the server. Are you getting an error
message?
 
Look in Tools, Accounts, and make sure you don't have a duplicate account.

Is another computer checking those same accounts? When one computer
downloads an email first, that message (by default) is removed from the server,
making it unavailable to other computers.
