E-Mail Templates

On the office.microsoft.com website it says to save a new template under:
File/Save As/Save As Type: Choose Outlook Template and then click Save. It
doesn't give me the option of Outlook Template. If I save it as a document
template, then I can't open it up as a new e-mail. What do I do?

You need to turn off Word as your email editor. Tools | Options | Mail Format.
