Email Templates - Save as Outlook Template

When I'm trying to save a template, I don't see Outlook Template in the drop
down menu. What do I SAVE AS??

Save the item (Save not Save As). Turn off WordMail as your editor in Tools | Options | Mail Format. You will then be able to open and save the item as an .oft file.
