e-mail reply has huge fonts

I have Outlook 2007. On many occasions, people would REPLY to my e-mail.
Their reply font is normal but the font showing my original message is HUGE.
The font is way beyond what is available. I appears that I am yelling at
people. How do I stop the display of the large font?

Change your Zoom value.

Thanks for replying, but I have no idea what a ZOOM Value is or where to
change it. Nor do I find anything in MS Outlook Help about a Zoom Value.
Please elaborate a little more.

On the View tab there should be a Zoom group.
