Outlook 2007 Reply Fonts impossible to read

Something happened to my outlook so that when I reply to an email the fonts
become like dots and cannot be read so if I increase the fonts to like 84
(huge) then I can read but the person that received it sees them huge and
also when he replys I see them huge so it only happens when I reply to an
email that I can't read so I must have touched some buttons by mistake but I
cannot figure out how to undo.
I run Vista 64 bit and never had a problem with this until now. I have
rebooted Outlook and the computer but it is obvious that some setting needs
changed.
