In Microsoft Office Outlook 2003, how do I get NEW e-mail items to be
displayed in a large, bold red font?

(After the item is read, it need to be displayed in normal black font).

Open the TOOLS menu
Select ORGANIZE

You will find the "Using Colors" option there. To fine tune it to do
the "After Read", you will need to select the "Automatic Formatting..."
in the top right of the Organize Inbox window.
