Outlook Fonts

I

Ibrahim Awwad

Hi all,

Just installed my new DELL E6400 with Office 2007, I noticed that Outlook
(and outlook only) main view fonts doesn't look normal, it's look as if the
Display isn't set correctly.
The email font is ok, but the menue fonts and Bold fonts in the new email
subject doesn't look smooth at all.

Any one can help?

Which version of Windows are you using?
Can you post a screenshot somewhere of what it looks like now?
General font settings for the various sections in Outlook can be found here;http://www.howto-outlook.com/howto/fontsizecolor.htm

That does not apply to to this issue since Office 2007 always renders via
ClearType no matter what the settings is in Windows. In addition, it would
affect multiple applications then and not just Outlook. If it is because of
Office 2007 rendering via ClearType regardless, then the other Office 2007
applications should be affected as well.

The original post simply does not contain enough information to call this
one.
