Outlook Starts Offline

Hi All,

I have outlook 2007 with Exchange account, it always starts at offline
mood!! Any idea how to reset it back to the normal behaviour.
I have checked all the possible changes at the Exchnage account advanced
options but without any success.

Make sure you close it in On-line mode. File-> Work Offline should be
unchecked.
