e-mail hyperlink not enabled??

I click on a hyperlink in an e-mail - it does nothing....it used to work.
Did I delete something??
 
My sister had the same problem and there are several posts that tell of the
same problem as well with no replies. We found out you can do a restore back
to a date before the problem started. On a Windows XP you go to start, then
Help Support Center, then to Fixing a Problem, then to Using System Restore.
I'm no expert, but it worked!
