Hyperlink does not work in Microsoft Outlook

When I receive e-mail in Microsoft Outlook which has a hyperlink to another
location, such as an e-mail from Williams-Sonoma with a hyerlink to its
Winter Specials, the hyperlink does not work. This happens not only with
Williams-Sonoma but with other e-mails.

How can I fixl this?

Microsoft Outlook 2003 with Service Pack 3, Windows XP Professional with all
Service Packs added plus all updates. I do not get an errow message, the
hyperlink simply will not take me to the site.
