e-mail goes to junk folder and shouldn't. how to correct?

I have a contact that his e-mail keeps being sent to the "junk" folder
regardless of me marking it "not junk". How do I correct the problem?
 
Go to Action, Junk emails, then Junk email options.
go to safe recipients, add your friend's address.
