E-mail Addresses

A couple of weeks ago my brand new computer crashed. I
had to send it to the company for repair. When I got it
back I was unable to access any of my programs and am
still working out the bugs with that. I had to reload
all my programs to access them. My QuickBooks Pro 2002
is giving me error message "Quickbooks Can't Read Your
Payroll Setup Files. Click OK To Go On Line and Re-
install The Files (PS033). When I do that it goes
through the downloading but when it gets to the
connecting to QuickBooks it shuts that program down and
and comes up with the Online Crash screen. Then there is
my FireHouse Software program. I can't access that one
at all. This is the program that holds all my reports,
training and personnel records that must be submitted to
the state and federal government for the fire
department.

Today my primary question is this, all of my e-mail
addresses were lost. I found them at one time and put
them back into Outlook Express but they are now missing
again.

How do I go about finding them and restoring them back
into the format that they were and into the Outlook
Express address book?

Please help, I can run a computer but I can't fix it.

Thank you in advance for your time.

Pardon me asking Debby,
But why ask here when it's surely the manufacturers/suppliers problem, not
yours.
Tell them whats happened, and emphasise to them that you need your data to
be recovered and protected (whatever else they do it).
