e-mail account

How do I set up an e-mail account if it doesn't show up as a selection under
tools? I have the 2003 edition so it should. I am trying to send a message
and the send button will not show up unless I have an e-mail account.

I'm not sure why it's not showing but you could probably click on start >
settings > control panel > classic view > mail applet > and add your account
there?

When you go to tools is there a little double arrow at the bottom of the
box? Try clicking that and see if 'e-mail accounts' shows up.
