e-faxing

I have Windows XP Professional. I do not own a fax
machine. I use Outlook for my e-mail. Am I able to e-fax?
In other words, can I send an e-mail to someone's fax
machine, if I only have Comcast Broadband and no phone
line?
 
For faxing from the internet you can check http://www.savetz.com/fax/
If you have an analog phone line and an analog modem, you can use XP's built
in fax solution.
