I've tried re-installing, rolling back my driver, and updating it, yet
nothing works. Also, when I checked the properties, the used space, free
space, and capacity was 0 bytes. Is there anything I can do to fix this
problem?

Youve added another hd or volume to the OS,which set the device from
default D: To E: This needs to be reset in regedit, once in regedit, expand:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/software/microsoft/windows,open set up.You'll see
two entries for the device,both still as D: L.click one,go to edit,set to E:
Do this for both, close out regedit.
