Odd problem. HP DVD writer 300n in Compaq Presario. WinXP SP2. When I insert
blank DVD-RW to burn to, the system tells me there are 0 bytes free and 0
bytes used. When I try to burn to the DVD-RW using DVD-Cloner it tells me
there is nothing in the E drive. I've read through posts and can't find
solution. I've uninstalled and re-installed the drive, and the drivers. I've
installed the newest driver from HP. I've tried both Philips and Maxel
DVD-RWs. I'm stumped! It worked for me a few months ago and I can't think of
anything that's changed. It burns CDs no problem. I've burned a couple of
movies in the past using DVD-Cloner and this drive. WTF is going on???
Any advice would be most gratefully appreciated!
Thanks. Pete
