Dynamic Web Template and Tables

I copy and pasted a Word document into the editable regions of my pages.
After I attached the Dynamic Web Template to this page the Word tables in the
right layout column were improperly spaced and the form I put in the dwt's
left layout column was pushed down by the same distance as the height of my 4
Word tables that were pasted in the editable regions along with the other
text. The form didn't move down on another page I attached the dwt to, but
the spacing was still off.

Two questions. How can I get proper spacing and how can I resolve the table
issue or rather keep the form from moving down the page in the template?

When you paste from Word the MSO roundtripping styles are also copied into the head section of the page
- when you apply the DWT they are probably removed (since they are in a non-editable region of the page)
Try applying the DWT to a new page and copying your Word doc text there
IMHO - just start w/ FP to build your page and don't paste from Word
