Dx10 Bottleneck?

I am getting an EVGA nVidia Geforce 8800 GTS 320MB and already have an
AMD Athlon 64 x2 4800+.
Is my processor going to cause a preformance bottleneck?

Benchmark it and see ? Run a few 3DMark programs, and compare to reviews
you see around the net for the 8800GTS 320MB.
