Dwnld/install wlpr reports error, no 2000 family products- wrong

When trying to download/install wallpaper for outlook, I get an invalid error
message. It says I don't have any "2000 family" products installed on my
computer.

I have Office 2003, Outlook 2003 (SP2), and several other 2003 products and
I am running it on XP.

No way to report the error to Microsoft, of course, and no other way to find
help.

So, help?

What exactly are you trying to do and what are you downloading from where?

Sure there is. Never noticed the "Contact us" links on basically each and
every Microsoft page?
