DVD X Copy under sp2

Anyone know why my DVD X Copy won't work under sp2? First I got a data
protection error. I added the program to the list of exceptions, applied,
rebooted, then got a "run-time error tristana exception".

321 Studios are not offering support in the US because of a court

I don't know the answer to your ?. But I have used DVD X copy and I like DVD
shrink better and it is freeware.
