DVD/CD-RW runs all of the time.

I have a strange problem with my IDE DVD/CD - RW. I can run my drive to
install of a CD/ or DVD, but if it takes two CD's, the eject button does
not work, even if I right click on it and hit "eject disk". I can hear
it whirring, too.

For example, to install "Far Cry" recently, I had to disable and enable
the drive to get it to eject.

This is a no-name drive - so wouldn't know how to update firmware or driver.

Find the name of the drive in the device manager by left clicking on the
drive and going to properties.
