DVD burner error

I have the program 123 DVD Clone, it worked great for 9 copies and then an
error message popped up and will not go away. it only happens once i try to
burn a disc. the error says:
"DVD Clone MFC Application has encountered a problem and needs to close. We
are sorry for the inconvenience." does any one know what to do?

sounds like a virus....many times i'v found nothing wrong with software
like DVD Clone or windows or hardware but it was a dam virus..........
