Dupticate name error

Hi,

I am using Windows 2003 as DC. The client complain they
got error message "A dupticate name exist on the network"
when connect to the network by VPN. I have them changed
the computer name. It still not work.

Please help!

you may need to clear the records in DNS.

Should I clean the records in all DNS servers? Will this
operation affact antthing?

No luck. After cleaned the DNC records, the error still
occured.
