Duplicate Name problem please help

Ola

I have two win2k computers running active directory...

Server 1 name is gwic
domain name is gwic.com

server 2 name is forbes
domain name is gwic.biz

Does this represent duplicate name on the network?

Please help, I keep getting the error message from server
1 that duplicate name exist.
Thanks

Hi Ola,

Yes, the server cannot be the same name as the domain. Change server name for gwic.

Thanks,
Gary
