Duplicate Emails in Inbox

Hello. I am receiving the same email every 2 hours exactly. I'm not sure what
is going on. We have exchange server and outlook 2003. My computer is the
only one it is occuring on. We switched internet providers this past week,
and from that exact moment, this has been happening. We have 10 guys on the
same exchange, yet, mine is the only one that is happening to.

This only happens on emails in my inbox. If I currently have 8 emails in
there that I have opened and read, at 12, 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10pm etc... I will
get the same 8 that become marked unread and new. If i only have 2 emails in
there, then it will only refresh the 2. However, If i move those emails to a
folder, it will not re-create.

Why is this happening? I have read for 4 days on this issue. I have looked
for "save copy of message on server" and I have no checkbox or text about
that present anywhere. There has to be something I'm missing on my program.

Does this also happen when you use OWA for your email instead of Outlook?
If so, the issue is more likely to be at server level.

With Exchange all messages reside on the server; Outlook creates an off-line
cache of your mailbox. The "leave a copy on the server option" applies to
POP3 accounts.
