Duplicate emails (4)

Verizon changed over to myfairpoint.com.

I changed the settings for my friends computer, everytime he gets an email
in, he gets for copies of the exact same ones?

Suggestions?
 
sorry this should of been posted to outlook express.
Their is only one account listed,
and mail isn't set to leave on the server
