Printing trouble shooting

My friend recently changed his internet provider to Verizon, and since then
he is experiencing a problem printing. He can still print his email messages
with no problems. However, when he surfs the net with the Internet Explorer
and displays a web page, he can't print it (no error messages). He has
contacted Verizon and the printer manufacturer with no help from either. I
am trying to help him and any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Tomc

Yes Ken, they have tried that when he talked to the HP technician. Tomc

Sorry to have to tell you this, but I didn't write the message below
to which you responded, which was a forgery.

The problem has nothing to do with their ISP. It is a problem related
to his computer itself. Have they tried simple troubleshooting like
deleting the printer and all it's drivers, then reinstalling the
printer?

Ice man has morphed again.

That he has stolen the identity of a respectable poster means that he is not
just a ****wit - he is a despicable ****wit.

Try Firefox and see if it works there.
