Printing from IE or OE

A friend recently has experienced a problem when printing from Internet
Explorer or Outlook Express. All he gets is the first 5 characters in each
line. He has said he known of no changes that would effect this and the
system prints just fine in all other applications.

He has called HP, the printer manufacture, and they tell him he has the
latest driver for his printer.

Anyone have any thoughts on what could possible cause this?

Have him check the margin setting.

Outlook Express uses the same print engine as Internet Explorer.

For print size: IE>View>Text Size>Make adjustment.

For margins: IE>File>Page Setup.
