Verizon outgoing email

I'm having the same problem. Verizon reviewed my settings and reported that everything was fine. I can receive emails just not able to send. Web mail works fine so my user ID and passwords aren't the problem.

My experience with verizon tonight was identical to your experience - no resolution & I'm frustrated. Email worked fine on Saturday - turned on the PC Sunday and no outgoing.

What is the error you are receiving when sending emails? Since web mail is working, it's in the email client itself. Have you tried removing the profile and set it back up?
