Randomly when I send my email, the screen goes white and the email is lost. Not sent or in the sent file. It is random. Frustrating since the email must be retyped. Any help?

Until you solve the problem, I suggest that you compose your messages in
another editor and then paste into a message then send and then if the
message gets lost it is easier to redo.
