You will need to manually tell PowerPoint what to print on each run.

**Run #1
1,3,5,7,9,11

** Flip the output printed stack into the paper feeder tray

**Run #2
2,4,6,8,10,12

Depending on your printer settings, you may need to reverse the order of the
printed pages after run #1.

There really is no easy way to do this.

Which model Laserjet? What Bill's said is true of most of them. Some do
automatic duplexing, though. If you have one that does, go to File, Print in
PowerPoint, choose the printer, click Properties and turn on duplexing in the
printer properties dialog box.

Ah, but next time you go laserprintershopping, have a look at the HP1320. My
big brute, the 4V, just died and I needed a quick replacement while it was in
the printer ER. Bought the 1320 and now I'm wondering how much I can get for
the 4V. ;-)

1200 dpi, auto-duplexing, 22ppm, PCL5 and 6 AND PostScript (HP's emulator, not
Adobe). All for 300 bucks after rebate.
