dungeon siege error report

I've had Dungeon siege for sometime now and it always
worked until one day I got this window on my screen when
the game froze. The window said, Exception Detected,
Gathering exception data...
What do I do to fix it? I have windows xp and my
computer way exceeds the requirements for the game.
I have a ATI Radeon 9600, 768mb Ram, AMD athlon XP
processor. Please help?

Have you checked the support information on the DS site:
www.dungeonsiege.com? Are you running the updates to the game? What
changed on your system? If nothing, have you checked your DS files for
possible corruption?
