Due to Windows XP security updates, my speakers don't work.

Hello,

Couple days ago, I downloaded the latest version of security upgrades for
Windows XP. Due to this upgrade my speackers don't not function any more. I
tryed everything that I could but still I wan't able to find a solution and
make them work as before.

Please help,

Open the Volume Control
Ensure all are up and none muted.
Check "Digital Output" under Advanced, change it.
Otherwise go to the website of the sound card/computer manufacturer
and get the latest Windows XP drivers.
