dual windows xp&2000 xp is fine but 2000 displays in 16 bit and no sound

My windows xp displays perfectly and with great sound but
I can not get my windows 2000 to produce sound and\or
change default monitor from 16 bit color to anything
higher


yello ? with ! next to:

PCI Simple Communications Controller
Multimedia Audio Controller
Multimedia Audio Controller
Video Controller (VGA Compatible)

Help requested?
 
You need the specific drivers for each of these items. Your current
settings indicate generic drivers.
