No sound card found after reinstalling XP

Device Manager shows the Windows Sound System Compatible
(WDM) driver as having a problem. When i view the device
properties, the following description appears:

Code 28 (The drivers for this device are not installed).

Multimedia audio controller
SM Bus Controller
Video controller (VGA compatible)

All this are having a problem!

Please HELP!

Well, what kind of sound card is it? just goto the makers
site and download the drivers.
