dual processors

NO! Only Pro does! However, XP Home does support the Hyper-Threading
processors (newer P4s with a "virtual" second processor).

No - that is one of the things specifically reserved to Pro, to justify
the higher price. Hyperthreaded processors, though, count as one for
the purpose
