Dual Boot -W2kpro Stop Error???

I am gettin a stop error on my dual boot HDD with Win2Kpro.
I can boot into Win98 side. How do I get past this stop
error?
 
Please supply full details about the Stop error. It would
also be helpful if you gave a full recent history of your
PC.
