nwhats the difference between TXMOVE and TZCHANGER
I noticed my appointments are off I do have the Microsoft update
applied...and I find TZchager is on my system also...but I see TZMOVE is what
everyone says I should run

ok so TZMOVE IS THE CORRECT TOOL..........so whats tzchange all about?

TZMOVE addresses Outlook Calendar, etc. TZCHANGE addresses the system
(i.e., Windows). You needed both.
