TZMove.exe

I am a user on an Exchange Server preparing for DST. What do I need to do or
run as a user? I haven't run windows updates since June of 2005. Do I need to
fully update my machine then run TZMove?
 
Do you have a systems administrator? It may be that they are preparing to
push out all required patches. You should discuss this with them since there
are things they have to do to Exchange as well. I would not make a move if I
were you without making sure of what they're doing first.
 
If you're on a network, they likely have their own plans to stage the patches
and push them out. I would definitely clarify this with them. Most users
don't have the permissions to install software themselves.
